  • RESPONSIBLE FOR TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS SUCH AS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, TRAINING AND
  • RECORD KEEPING: MAINTAINING PERSONAL FILES OF ALL EMPLOYEES, CONTRACT STAFFS, CONSULTANTS & INTERNS ETC.,
  • ENSURING STATUTORY COMPLIANCES AND CONDUCTING AUDIT WITH REGARD TO LABOUR LAWS
  • LIAISONING WITH GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS & HANDLING ALL LEGAL COMPLIANCES
  • PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION
  • GENERAL ADMINISTRATION SUCH AS TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS,

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • POST GRADUATION IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT.
  • SHOULD HAVE 1-3 YEARS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

SKILL / COMPETENCY

  • KNOWLEDGE OF HR CONCEPTS, LABOUR MANAGEMENT, INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS & HANDLING OF LOCAL BODIES
  • GOOD KNOWLEDGE ABOUT LABOUR LAWS AND RELATED PROCEDURES
  • GOOD RELATIONSHIP AND RAPPORT IN THE INDUSTRIAL BELT
  • WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS IS ESSENTIAL

SKILL / OTHER COMPETENCIES

  • GOOD COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH ‘
  • SHOULD HAVE GOOD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS GOOD RELATIONSHIP
  • GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE
  • SHOULD HAVE PROVEN ABILITY TO WORK ON CHALLENGING AND TIME-CONSTRAINED ASSIGNMENTS
  • MUST BE A SELF-STARTER WHO CAN THRIVE IN A DYNAMIC TEAM ENVIRONMENT
