- RESPONSIBLE FOR TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS SUCH AS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, TRAINING AND
- RECORD KEEPING: MAINTAINING PERSONAL FILES OF ALL EMPLOYEES, CONTRACT STAFFS, CONSULTANTS & INTERNS ETC.,
- ENSURING STATUTORY COMPLIANCES AND CONDUCTING AUDIT WITH REGARD TO LABOUR LAWS
- LIAISONING WITH GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS & HANDLING ALL LEGAL COMPLIANCES
- PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION
- GENERAL ADMINISTRATION SUCH AS TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS,
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- POST GRADUATION IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT.
- SHOULD HAVE 1-3 YEARS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
SKILL / COMPETENCY
- KNOWLEDGE OF HR CONCEPTS, LABOUR MANAGEMENT, INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS & HANDLING OF LOCAL BODIES
- GOOD KNOWLEDGE ABOUT LABOUR LAWS AND RELATED PROCEDURES
- GOOD RELATIONSHIP AND RAPPORT IN THE INDUSTRIAL BELT
- WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS IS ESSENTIAL
SKILL / OTHER COMPETENCIES
- GOOD COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH ‘
- SHOULD HAVE GOOD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS GOOD RELATIONSHIP
- GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE
- SHOULD HAVE PROVEN ABILITY TO WORK ON CHALLENGING AND TIME-CONSTRAINED ASSIGNMENTS
